The family of the late Ronnie Telford wish to extend their sincere thanks to their extended family, friends and neighbours for their kindness and support following their recent bereavement. The many prayers, calls, cards and messages expressing shared memories and words of condolence have meant a great deal at this sad time. Thanks to all those who attended the funeral home and funeral service. The family are grateful for the generous donations to Altnagelvin Hospital Haematology Department.
A special word of thanks to the Rev Bobby Orr for the heartfelt manner in which he conducted the funeral service and for his support before and after the funeral. Thanks also to the Rev Linda Keys, family friend, for her support throughout Ronnie’s illness and who kindly assisted in the funeral service by paying tribute to Ronnie.
Many thanks also to Armstrong Funeral Directors for the dignified and dedicated way in which they carried out the funeral arrangements, to Ivan Woods, gravedigger and Mrs Miranda Gilmour, organist.
Many thanks to those who provided the tea in Armstrong’s funeral home and for the food at Fintona Golf Club after the funeral. It was very much appreciated.
Sincere thanks to all the medical teams at Altnagelvin Hospital, especially Dr Feargal McNicholl and his team in the Haematology Unit, to the doctors and nurses in Ward 26C for their kindness and compassion to Ronnie during his last days and to respiratory consultant Dr Terry McManus at the SWAH. Thanks also to the doctors, nurses and staff at Fintona Health Centre and to Una Cassidy, pharmacist, for their care for Ronnie over the past 8 years.
As it is impossible to thank each person individually the family trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of their sincere thanks.
