The death has occurred of:
Roseanne Ferguson
We, the family of the late Roseanne Ferguson, wish to thank all of those who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement; those who sent Mass or sympathy cards, messages of condolences or made donations to the Foyle Hospice in lieu of flowers. Sincere thanks to our family circle, neighbours and friends for their invaluable help and support in so many ways.
A special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Abbey Medical for their attentive care of Roseanne. A sincere thanks to the staff of Foyle Hospice for all their support and encouragement over the last four years. To the Rapid Response team, ACU Altnagelvin, Community Nurses, Palliative Care Team and the Home Carers for their professional and compassionate care of Roseanne and especially for their kindness shown to our family in her final weeks.
Sincere thanks to Fr Michael McCaughey for his attendance and prayers with Roseanne at home and to Fr Tomás Surlis for celebrating a very dignified and meaningful Requiem Mass and to Fr Gerard Mongan for concelebrating. Thank you to Lauren and Beth of Twos Harmony for their beautiful contribution to Roseanne’s funeral Mass.
Heartfelt thanks to W.J O'Brien Funeral Directors, Eglinton for the professional, sensitive, dignified and caring manner in which they carried out Roseanne's funeral.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we trust that this acknowledgment will be accepted as an expression of our gratitude and thanks.
Roseanne's Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Friday 9th July at 7.00pm in St. Brigid’s, Carnhill, Derry.
