Acknowledgement

In Loving Memory of our cherished mother Rose who passed away on 1st May 2025.

We, the family of the late Rose Barr, would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone who sympathised with us following the death of our much loved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister.

Thank you to all who attended the wake and funeral, sent mass cards, sympathy cards, flowers, and messages, and to the friends and family who helped out and brought refreshments during the wake. We are so grateful for your kindness.

We are indebted to Father McDermott. of Star of the Sea, Faughanvale, who regularly attended Rose during her illness, for his spiritual support and for celebrating a beautiful Requiem Mass.

Sincere thanks to Fidelma McNamee who provided the beautiful music.

We wish to thank the health care professionals including Eglinton Medical Practice and all the staff of Ward 3 Waterside Hospital, for their care and compassion.

We thank the O'Brien Family and their staff for all their help and understanding in arranging and carrying out her funeral.
And we thank God for Rose, a deeply cherished wife, mother, sister, Granny and Great-Granny.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust you will accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deepest appreciation.

Rose's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 1st June 2025 at 12 noon in Star of the Sea, Faughanvale.
