Russell DICKSON

The family of the late Russell Dickson wish to thank everyone who sympathised with us on the passing of a devoted husband, darling daddy and cherished grandad.

To all who called at our home, sent 229 cards, flowers & gifts, phoned and sent messages from all over the world, Canada, America, Australia and England and all who attended Russell’s funeral thanksgiving and sent donations in lieu of flowers for Tartaraghan Parish Church and the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.

To our church family in Tartaraghan, Canon Hilliard, Rev. Geoffrey Walmsley (Milltown) for conducting the beautiful service, to Jayne, Sarah, Maisie and John for taking part, to Sandra, our organist and Tom for recording the service, thank you.

To Tartaraghan select vestry, Doris Killow & Elizabeth McNeill for co-ordinating the funeral tea. To the Richardson family and all who brought food, our sincere thanks.

We would personally like to thank the staff in 3 North, Craigavon Hospital for their personal, dedicated, professional and sympathetic care of Russell. Words will never be enough. Also to Dr Foy and the staff in the Mandeville unit for their dedicated care and love to Russell during his cancer diagnosis and chemo days, much appreciated.

To our forever friends in the Glentoran Family, too many to mention individually, we appreciate your love, dedication, support and acts of kindness, we love you all.
