FORSYTHE, Sally passed away unexpectedly in Antrim Hospital on 18 April 2026. Beloved wife of Brian and much loved mum of Paula, Nicola, Andrea and Brian.

Service of Celebration of Sally's life will take place in Whitewell Metropolitan Tabernacle on Monday 27 April 2026 at 12.30pm followed by a private family cremation. In keeping with Sally's wishes the family would encourage you to wear bright colours.

No flowers please, donations in lieu if desired direct to Open Doors (www.opendoorsuk.org)

A much loved wife, mum, granny and great granny. Sally will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by the entire family circle.
