Sam Clarke
Clarke, September 23rd, 2015, (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital. Sam, late of 6 Old Antrim Road, Ballymena. Beloved husband of the late Sheelagh Audrey and loving father of Odette, Sherleen and Patricia. Much loved by his extended family Mike, Paula, David, Connor, Emma, Sarah, Annie, Daniel, Anna, Matthew, and Michael.
House and cremation private by his own request.
