Sammy’s, daughter Maria, son in law John Pat, granddaughters, and entire family circle would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to all who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement.
Thank you to all who attended Sammy’s wake and funeral, neighbours and friends who helped out before and during the wake and funeral, also to all those who brought or sent mass or sympathy cards, telephoned, provided food or helped in any way.
Thanks to Sammy’s carers, Doctors, nurses, the staff of Castlederg group surgery/ Strabane Health Centre and the staff of Altnagelvin Hospital, and a special word of thanks to the staff and residents of Green-Field nursing home in Strabane and the staff of Corry’s Chemist in Castlederg.
Thank you to Fr Thomas Canning, Fr Peter Mc Cavill and Fr Patsy Arkinson, who attended the family home and celebrated the requiem mass. Our thanks to John Coyle, Rois Kelly-Lynch for the music, the altar servers, the grave diggers and the volunteers who provided refreshments in the St Patricks Hall after the funeral.
A special word of thanks to the undertaker Charlie Lynch for the professional and dignified manner in which he carried out the funeral arrangements and the committee of Garvagh Hall.
It is impossible to thank everyone individually, so please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of mass will be offered for all your intentions.
Sammy’s months mind mass will be celebrated on Saturday the 12th of October 6.00pm in St Patricks Church Castlederg.
