MORTON, January 8, 2019, (peacefully) at his residence, 41 Stewart Avenue, Cookstown, Samuel Crooks, dearly loved father of Adrian and Anne, father-in-law of Sarah and Oswald, a beloved grandfather of Bobby, Lewis, Carol, Victoria, Richard, Lee Anne, Joliene, Melione, Holly and Kyle, brother of James, David, May and the late Robert, Johnny and Wesley.
Funeral from McGucken's Funeral Parlour on Friday at 6.45am for cremation at 9.00am in Roselawn Crematorium.
