Samuel John Lewis (Sam) BUTLER
Died April 6, 2019, peacefully, at home, much-loved husband of May, a devoted dad, granda, great-granda and family man.
Funeral Service will be held at his home, 21 Flush Road, on Thursday 11th at 1.45 p.m. afterwards to Roselawn Crematorium for 3.30 p.m.
