SAMUEL LINDSAY CARLISLE
June 3, 2015, peacefully, at home, Derrylee Road, Dungannon, (after a short illness), dearly-loved husband of Andrea, cherished father of Paul and Guy, father-in-law of Claire and Sarah and devoted grandfather of Shannon, Tori, Jamie, Hayden and Zara.
Funeral Service on Friday at 2.00 p.m. in Dungannon Free Presbyterian Church, followed by interment in Coolhill Cemetery.
