The Wife, Daughters, Sons and Family Circle of the late (Samuel) Maurice McLean, 'Cloverhill' wish to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them in their recent, sad bereavement. The Family would like to express their gratitude to those who sent cards, letters or floral tributes, called at the family home or funeral home, telephoned, sent messages, attended the funeral, or watched the service online. Also to those who stood respectfully along the route as the cortege made its way to Tobermore Baptist Church and on to Kilcronaghan Churchyard.
Many thanks to Maghera Fire and Rescue Service for the Guard of Honour tribute at the family home and to Sophie Shiels for singing and Louise McKinney for playing the organ, during the funeral service. Furthermore, the Family would like to send thanks to all those who brought food, gifts and supported them in various ways over this very difficult time.
Special acknowledgement to Pastor Alan Dundas and the wider Tobermore Baptist Church community for their invaluable spiritual support. Sincere thanks also to Dr McNeill and the staff of Maghera Medical Centre for their care over the years and to those who made donations in lieu of flowers, to the Medical Centre.
Special thanks to Helen and the staff of D Watters Funeral Services for the dignified, compassionate & professional manner in which they conducted the funeral arrangements.
We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks.
The McLean Family
