The death has occurred of:
Samuel (Sam) Donnelly
Donnelly, August 12th, 2015, (peacefully) at hospital, Samuel (Sam), 6 Tullylagan Road, Cookstown, loving husband of the late Charlotte, father of Stephen and brother of Alfred, Alec, Florence and Christine.
Funeral service on Friday in Sandholes Presbyterian Church at 2.00pm, followed by interment in the adjoining churchyard.
