Samuel (Sammy) COOKE
The family of the late Samuel (Sammy) Cooke would like to express their thanks to their extended family, grandchildren, kind neighbours and friends who attended our home. To those who brought food, cards, floral tributes, donations, and those who helped in anyway it was much appreciated.
Thanks to W. & J. Chambers and their employees who came to our home to express their condolences. Thanks also to the Palliative Care Team, District Nurses, Foyle Hospice Staff and our caring Doctors and Staff at Claudy Health Centre, who were amazing in their unfailing care towards Sammy.
Sincere thanks to Rev. David Slater who brought us such comfort as he supported Sammy in Hospital and at home. Many thanks for the beautiful service in Killaloo Parish Church.
Thanks also to David and Ruth Hay & Sons, Funeral Directors for their support and dignified and professional manner in which they conducted the funeral and supported our family.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all a token of our deep sincere appreciation.
