Peacefully at his residence Samuel (Sam) 143 Derryfubble Road, Dungannon loving husband of Kathleen, devoted father of Elizabeth and dear brother of Martin, the late Kenneth and Valerie.
Funeral on Thursday 20th September 2018 at 2.00 p.m. from his residence to Clonfeacle Parish Church, Benburb for service at 2.30 p.m., followed by interment in the adjoining churchyard.
House private, family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired are to Confeacle Parish Church and Marie Curie payable to
