The family of the late Sarah Nettleship would like to thank all those who offered their sympathies and support during their recent sad bereavement. A special thank you to the Neuro-oncology team at the Royal Victoria Hospital the radiotherapy team at the City Hospital and the medical staff at the South Eastern Health and Social Care trust for their expert care. We would also like to extend our thanks to the Northern Ireland Hospice and the Marie Curie nurses as well as the carers from Link Community Care & ASEHSCT palliative team for all their kindness and care.
We greatly appreciate the on-going pastoral support provided by the Rev Nicholas Dark throughout Sarah’s illness as well as the comforting funeral service at Magheragall Parish Church. We would also like to thank Rare Grazing N.I for providing the refreshments after the funeral service.
To S. D. Brown Funeral Directors for the professional and caring manner in which they organised and carried out the funeral arrangements. We appreciate the donations in lieu of flowers to Brainwaves N.I with money being used to fund brain tumour research at Queens University Belfast.
To all who sent letters, sympathy cards, telephoned, called at the home, attended the funeral or helped in any way. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation at this very difficult time
Peace Perfect Peace
