Sarah Jane (Jean) ISAAC (née Knox)
May 4, 2020, peacefully, at hospital, aged 71 years, after a short illness, late of Carntougher Road, Lisburn, much-loved and loving mother to Melanie, Celeste and her partner Sarah, loving partner of Henry, proud Nana to Shannon and Brandon, Jade and Jude. House and funeral strictly private owing to current restrictions.
Will be loved and remembered always by her sorrowing daughters, grandchildren, partner, family circle and friends.
