Sarah Jane (Sadie) Bleakley
BLEAKLEY – 16th May 2018, peacefully at the South West Acute Hospital, Sarah Jane (Sadie), dearly loved wife of the late Robert (Bob), 151 Ballagh Road, Fivemiletown, devoted mother of Bertie, Doreen, Valerie and June and a much loved mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Removal on Thursday 17th May to St. John’s Parish Church, Fivemiletown arriving at 5.00 pm.
Funeral Service on Friday 18th May in St. John’s Parish Church, Fivemiletown at 2.00 pm. Interment afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard.
House Private. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired to St. John’s Church, cheques payable to S.R.Elliott & Sons, Funeral Directors, 17 Darling Street, Enniskillen, BT74 7DP.
Very sadly missed by her loving family and all the family circle.
