Graham (née Kane) Sarah (Sadie) died 25th July 2026, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family.
Dearly beloved wife of the late Jackie, much loved Mummy of Jacqueline, Amanda and the late Brian and loving Granny of Matthew.
House Private.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday 31st July at 1.00pm at Wilton Funeral Home, 298 Shore Road, Newtownabbey, BT37 9RW followed by burial in Carnmoney East Cemetery at 2.00pm.
