A Service of Thanksgiving for Sally’s life will be held in St. Hilda’s Parish Church on Wednesday 4th March at 1.00 p.m. and thereafter to Lisburn New Cemetery Extension for a committal.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired to Ward 9 North, Belfast City Hospital c/o Elwood & Capper Ltd. Independent Funeral Directors, 238 Kingsway, Dunmurry, BT17 9AE.
