Weir, Sarah (Sally) nee Linton 29th August 2018 peacefully at her home 5 Cennick Road, Gracehill, surrounded by her loving family.
Dearly loved and treasured wife of Anderson and much loved mother of Nigel, Alison, Jill and Diane, mother in law of Tracey, John, Colin and Gavin, devoted grandmother of Jack, Emma Jessica, Katie, Adam, Josh, Alex, Ellie and Max.
Funeral service in Gracehill Moravian Church on Friday 31st August at 12 noon, interment afterwards Gods Acre.
