We the family of the late Seamus McCaffrey wish to extend our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to everyone who offered their sympathies and support to us during our recent loss. We extend our sincere thanks to all our family, friends and neighbours who attended Quinn Bros Funeral Home, dad’s Requiem mass and burial. Also, to those who sent mass cards, sympathy cards, text messages, and online condolences. We thank Fr Clarke who administered the last rites to dad and for celebrating such a comforting Requiem mass, it was true and fitting of Seamus's deep spiritual belief and faith. A special thank you also to Sinead for the beautiful and reverent music and singing, the sacristan Francis Hagan, and all who participated in the liturgy. Special thanks also to the catering in the parish centre for the much-appreciated food and refreshments following the burial. Sincere thanks to Quinn Bros Funeral Services for their exceptional guidance, care and professionalism during this difficult time. We are also grateful to those who prepared Seamus’s final resting place with such attention and care. We wish to acknowledge the medical care and support that Seamus received over recent times. Our sincere gratitude goes to the carers at Ann's Home Care, we will always appreciate the support, love and dignified care that was shown to Seamus. Thank you also to Orchard Practice Portadown and Hamill's Pharmacy. We are truly blessed to have received such love and support from all our relatives, friends, and neighbours. Your kindness has been a great comfort to us and continues to help us through this difficult time. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere and heartfelt gratitude from Seamus’s entire family.
Seamus’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 23rd November in St. Patrick's Church Portadown at 10 o’clock.
