The family of the late Seamus Glackin would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their great loss.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbours and well-wishers who visited the home, attended the wake, Service and burial.
To those who sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences and gave donations we are truly grateful.

A special word of thanks to all the staff of Homecare independent and the district nursing team who provided excellent care to Seamus over the last 5 years.

A sincere thank you to the Staff at Antrim Area Hospital ward A4 for their compassionate care shown to Seamus in his final days.

To all those who participated in the Mass, especially Fr Slater and Fr Boyle for the beautiful and thoughtful Service and support throughout; the Sacristan for his dignified assistance; musician Éadbhard; and to Joanna at Niall A Loughran Funeral Directors for their sensitive and professional handling of the arrangements.

To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.
The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

The Months Mind Mass for Seamus, will be held on 24th December at 10.00am in Holy Trinity Church, Cookstown.
