Our family wish to express our sincere gratitude to our wonderful neighbours,
friends and extended family for their help and support shown to us during our recent sad loss.
Your many acts of kindness are deeply appreciated and continue to give us great comfort.
Especially those who sent cards, messages, brought gifts and flowers, called at our family home,
travelled and attended Seamus' funeral.
A special thanks to all those involved in Seamus' care during his time in Collegeland Nursing Home,
Yvonne and all the dedicated staff,
we will be forever grateful for the dignified care and attention shown,
also the Nurses Cathy, Mary W, Elaine and
the Macmillan Staff who not only attended Daddy but also supported us during Dads last hours.
To Cordellia's and Jimmy's The Moy for the lovely hot food, it was greatly appreciated.
To Hugo and Mick at J.J McArdle's for the professional, dignified and
personal manner in which the funeral was carried out and
for the support and guidance given to our family,
also Brian for the preparation of Seamus' everlasting resting place.
Thanks to Father Peter McAnely for the many visits to Seamus and
his presence at the Wake and for the comforting Requiem Mass.
Catherine, Dermot and Marina for the lovely singing and the music which made the Mass beautiful and
personal to Seamus and the family.
Thanks to Madden Raparees G.F.C for the guard of honour, to Cadhla for the music at the graveside and
the ladies of Madden Club for the lovely food which was greatly appreciated by all.
Although it is impossible to thank everyone individually please accept
this acknowledgement as a token of the families deep appreciation.
Seamus' Month's Mind Mass will be held on Saturday 2nd July in St. Patricks Cathedral at 10.00am and
on Sunday 3rd July in St. Joseph's Chapel Madden at 10.00am
