The death has occurred of:
Sean (Dog) Donnelly
The family of the late Sean (Dog) Donnelly wish to express our sincere and heartfelt
appreciation to everyone who extended their sympathy, support and kindness to Sean’s
loving partner Olive, family and friends following his passing.
We are deeply grateful to all who called at the wake, attended the funeral, sent Mass and
Sympathy cards, and supported us in so many ways throughout this difficult time. A
special word of thanks to everyone who helped with the wake, particularly those who
brought food and prepared and served refreshments. We are especially grateful to
Cordelia’s Ring Road & Newry Road, Armagh, for their generosity.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Belfast City Hospital and
the Cancer Centre, the Palliative Care Team, Marie Curie Nurses, District Nurses, Care
Workers, Dr Mulholland, Dr McElvanna and the staff of Archway Surgery, and finally the
staff of McKeevers Health Star, for the exceptional care, kindness and support they
provided to Sean throughout his illness.
We wish to acknowledge Tony and all the staff at Our T’s including Shauna and the staff
of Armagh Harps Club, for the lovely meal and the professional service provided after the
funeral. We also extend our appreciation to Armagh Blooms for the beautiful floral
arrangement.
A special word of thanks to Damian Smith and Sons Funeral Directors for the caring,
compassionate and professional manner in which Sean’s funeral arrangements were
carried out, and for the guidance and support they provided throughout this difficult
time.
We are also deeply appreciative of everyone who kindly donated to Marie Curie in
memory of Sean. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this
acknowledgement as a sincere expression of our gratitude and appreciation to all who
supported the family in any way.
Sean’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Friday, 26th June, at 7.30pm in St
Malachy’s Chapel, Armagh.
