We the family of the late Sean Mc Cann, Ballynagilly, Lissan would like to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all our kind relatives, friends and neighbours who supported us during our recent sudden bereavement.
We are indebted to all those who visited the home, sent mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, messages, brought food, assisted with car parking and expressed their condolences via telephone, by text message or on social media.
Our sincere gratitude to Monsignor Curry, Fr Hughes and Fr Mc Cann for their spiritual support and for celebrating Sean’s Requiem Mass.
A special word of thanks to Gerry Loughran for providing the music which added so much to the funeral mass. Thank you also to the Church Sacristan, Eucharistic Ministers and all those who participated in the funeral liturgy.
Thank you to the grave diggers who prepared Sean’s resting place with great care.
Thank you to Lissan Hall Committee for the use of the Hall and to the volunteers who served the food after the funeral. Also to Michael Mc Elhatton from Greenvale Hotel and his staff for providing the food and assisting the volunteers.
We would also like to sincerely thank Michael and Noreen O’ Kane Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a small gesture of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the mass will be offered for all your intentions.
