The death has occurred of:
Sean Mc govern
We, the family of the late Sean McGovern, wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with us during our recent, sad bereavement. Thank you to all our extended family, friends and neighbours who sent Mass and Sympathy cards, sent messages, and attended the wake and funeral. We will be forever grateful to you all.
Sincerest thanks to the trust carers for their attentiveness and care shown towards Sean over recent years. They were a great comfort and blessing to him and us. We also give a special mention to Aisling and all the magherafelt district nursing team along with the doctors and all the staff in the diamond medical practice and the specialist palliative care team for their input. We also give give thanks to Marie Curie who were a great support showing kindness and understanding during the final few days.
A special word of thanks to Father Donnelly for celebrating the beautiful requiem mass, and to Father Madden for the burial. Thanks also to Thomasina Cassidy for her beautiful singing and music.
Our family wish to thank Kevin Murray for the professional and dignified way the funeral arrangements were carried out, and to the gravediggers.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all with our sincere thanks and gratitude.
The months mind mass for Sean will be held on Saturday 17th February at 630pm in St Patrick’s Chapel Ballinderry.
