Sean McGurgan

The family of the late Sean McGurgan R.I.P. would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who sympathised with them on their recent bereavement.
We are especially thankful to all those who called at the home, attended the funeral, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, messages of condolence, flowers and donations to Marie Curie Nurses or supported us in any way. A special word of thanks to the doctors and nurses at Craigavon Hospital and especially the nurses, Annette Woods and team, Ann’s Home Care and Hamill’s Pharmacy.
Our sincere thanks to Fr. Clarke for celebrating such a lovely Requiem Mass. To Francis the sacristan for his help in the preparation of the Church etc. To Sinead and her accompanist for the beautiful singing and music and to all the readers.
We extend our appreciation to Mairead, Dermot and Hugh of Quinn Bros. for their exceptional support, compassion and guidance and the professionalism in the dignified, caring manor in which Sean’s wake and funeral were arranged.
Thanks also to Nancy and her team for providing lovely food after the funeral. Also a special thanks to the McDonald family, the Wilson family (Supervalue), Cabin Club and Charlie Mallon Butchers for their generous support and thoughtfulness during this difficult time.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere gratitude.
Sean’s months mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 6th September at 7.00pm in the Church of St. John The Baptist, Drumcree.

Sean will be missed by his wife Rosemary, sons Andrew, Michael and Jonathan, grandchildren, family and friends.

Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
