Sean QUINN

The family of the late Sean Quinn (Keenaghan), who passed away on June 8th 2026, we wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement.

Thank you to everyone who visited the house , attended the funeral , brought food and helped during the wake . We are blessed to have the love and support of our family ,friends and neighbours at this difficult time, your kindness and generosity will never be forgotten.

A special thank you to Fr Hughes for his beautiful requiem mass, to Ciara McCrystal and Rory Madden for the lovely music .
Thank you to Colleén of Niall A Loughran funeral directors for the professional and dignified manner in which she carried out the funeral arrangements. Also to Sean Rafferty for preparing the grave .

Thank you to the Millwheel restaurant for the refreshments after the burial and to the Rock Community hub for the use of their crockery.

To John Connelly for the use of the field, to Dermot Devlin, Cyril Cush and Seamus Donaghy for parking cars during the wake and on the morning of the funeral.
Also to Chris McElwee for driving Sean’s lorry to his final resting place .

A final note of thanks to everyone who has shown such love and support to Sean down through the years but especially the last 10 months from Philomena’s passing, it made the days and nights a little easier to bear .
