Sharon Elaine COSGROVE (née Armstrong)

12th June 2026 passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family.

Devoted wife of Kenneth. Much loved mum of Ryan, Shonagh and Rudi. Cherished and proud granny of Eve, Theo, Scarlett and Annie. Great-granny of baby Rudi.
Loving sister of Ian and Shauna.
Sharon will be lovingly remembered and sorely missed by the entire family circle.

A service to celebrate the life of Sharon will be held at the family home, 3 Baird Close, Carrickfergus BT38 7XJ on Monday 22nd June at 11.00am followed by a committal in Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium, 582 Doagh Road at 1.00pm.

Sharon will be resting at home for those wishing to pay their respects, from Wednesday 17th – Friday 19th June between 4pm and 7pm.

God saw her getting weary and cure was not to be, He put his arms around her and whispered come to me.

God called your name so softly that only you could hear, and no-one heard the footsteps of the Angels drawing near. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone, for part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
