The wife and family of the late Shay Conway wish to express their gratitude & thanks for the kindness and support extended to us following the bereavement of our beloved husband, father, stepfather, brother, and grandfather.
We offer heartfelt thanks to our family, friends, neighbour's, work colleagues and all those who called to our home, sent Mass/Sympathy cards, brought food, made endless cups of tea, and supported us throughout Shay’s wake and funeral. Your support and kindness will always be remembered.
Heartfelt thanks to Father Des Loughran for the beautiful service and to all those who participated in making the Requiem Mass so special. We thank Gerry Loughran for the beautiful music also. We are deeply indebted to Quinn Bros Funeral Directors for the professional way they carried out the funeral arrangements.
A special thanks to all the Doctors and staff in ‘Lakes Family Practice’ the Palliative & District Nursing Care Teams, Belfast City Hospital Cancer Centre, St Johns Hospice Newry, and all those who cared for Shay with such compassion and kindness.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our profound gratitude.
Shay’s month mind mass will be held in St John’s Chapel Gilford this Sunday 21st April at 11.30am.
