The family of the late Shirley-Ann Lyons wish to sincerely thank everyone who sympathised with them on their recent bereavement.
A special word of thanks is extended to all the medical staff who cared for Shirley-Ann throughout her twelve-year journey, especially the staff of Mandeville Unit Craigavon, the District Nurses, Marie Curie, the Palliative Care Community Team, and the Palliative Care Ward, Omagh. Your kindness, support and compassion were greatly appreciated.
Sincere thanks also to Rev. Precentor Kyle Hanlon, Dean Kenneth Hall, and Hospital Chaplain Canon Derek Quinn for their pastoral care and support.
The family are deeply grateful to everyone who attended the wake and funeral, sent sympathy cards and social media messages, provided gifts of food, and made donations in lieu to the Omagh Palliative Care Ward. Your kindness and support were greatly appreciated.
Special thanks to Fivemiletown Mothers' Union for providing tea in the Church Hall.
