Rafferty - Coleraine, Portstewart & formerly Ballerin

Orlagh, Clodagh-Rose, Emmett, and the entire family circles of the late Steven R.I.P. wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement.

A special thanks to Fr Damian McCaughan for his spiritual support, guidance, and for celebrating the Requiem Mass and Fr Kevin McGuckien for his pastoral care and ongoing support to the family.

Thanks to Carole Shivers and Sean Scullion for the beautiful music; the church sacristan Deirdre and church volunteers, Portstewart Golf Club for providing refreshments after the funeral, and those who prepared the grave.

The family wish to especially thank the kind relatives, friends, neighbours, work colleagues of both Steven and Orlagh, and members of the wider community who helped them during this difficult time. Thanks to those who messaged, sent cards, and those who gathered along the route to the Church and attended the funeral, we are truly grateful.

Thanks are also due to those from the emergency services who attended Steven on the night of his death, and also those who supported Orlagh at that time.

The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.

The month mind Mass for Steven will be celebrated on Friday 20th February at 7pm in St. Mary’s Star of the Sea Church, Portstewart.
