Susan HORNER (née PHILLIPS)
Passed away December 26, 2019, (suddenly), at hospital, devoted partner of John and loving mother Simone, son-in-law Adrian, grandchildren Tristan, Deon and Sienna, son Christopher, wife Jade, grandchildren Leeandre and Calla.
Funeral Service in Irvine's Funeral Home, 48 Rashee Road, Ballyclare on Monday 30th December at 2.00 p.m. and afterwards to Ballyclare Cemetery.
Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to Mental Healthcare, c/o S. & J. Irvine at the above address.
Will be sadly missed by the family circle.
