SYLVIA McCARTNEY
June 24, 2016, (suddenly), at home, in Killyleagh, dearly-beloved wife of the late Sam, and much-loved mother of Darrin, dear mother-in-law of Fiona, and loving and devoted grandmother of Ewan and Grace. Funeral Service in First Killyleagh Presbyterian Church on Wednesday 29th June at 1.00 p.m. Interment afterwards in Downpatrick Presbyterian Churchyard. Family and friends will be made welcome at her son’s home, 7 Strangford Road, Downpatrick. Family flowers only please. Very deeply regretted and will be lovingly remembered by her sorrowing nieces Janet and Paula, nephew Gary and the entire family circle. God looked around His Garden and found an empty place. He then looked down upon this earth, and saw your tired face. He put His arms around you, and lifted you to rest. God’s Garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best.
