Teresa MURPHY (née McParland)
Murphy (nee McParland) Darkley formerly Ballymoyer, 28th March 2026 peacefully, Teresa RIP.
Dearly beloved wife of the late Tommy and devoted mother to Una (Edmund Nugent), Caroline (Frankie Nugent) and Damian (Kate). Cherished grandmother of the late Eamon. Daughter of the late Alice and Arthur and loving sister of the late Mary, Nuala, Noreen, Peter and Pat and aunt to late Gerard RIP.
Her remains will repose at her son Damian's home, 41 Friary Road, Cladybeg BT602HE, until removal on Tuesday to arrive at
St Malachy's Church, Ballymoyer, for 11am Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in the church cemetery.
Deeply regretted and sorely missed by her loving daughters, son, daughter and sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Alice and Ursula, brother Eamon, nephews, nieces and the entire family circle and many friends.
On her gentle soul sweet Jesus have mercy.
Family welcome visitors to their home on Sunday and Monday between 1pm - 9pm, house private outside these hours.
Teresa had a massive respect for the exemplary work of Marie Curie and if anyone wants to donate to the charity directly in lieu of flowers in her memory, or indeed to any family member, c/o Marie Curie (however not obligatory).
