Teresa Cushnahan R.I.P - Acknowledgement
Both the Cushnahan and McCann families would like to express their sincere thanks to all who paid their respects on the death of Teresa. Many thanks to everyone who attended the wake, funeral or sent cards or messages.
A sincere word of appreciation is expressed for all the healthcare professionals involved in Teresa's care over the past number of years. Especially Weavers Care Home, Cookstown and in Teresa's final year Corkhill Care Home, Donaghmore. The kindness, care, love and respect shown to Teresa hasn't went unnoticed, and to which we will be eternally grateful. Also the lovely tribute shown to Teresa as she left Corkhill for the last time was so touching. To the Acute Care Home Team who attended Teresa so carefully in her final days a word of thanks also.
Our sincere thanks to Canon Benny Fee for his beautiful Requiem Mass, that was such a fitting tribute to Teresa and to Father John McCallion who attended Teresa over the years.
To Edel and Patsy of Taggart Funeral Directors for their compassion, guidance and support over both wake and funeral, and for the dignity, care and professionalism with which you carried out your duties will stay with us forever. Gratitude is also expressed to Gary Harte the gravedigger and Tommy Cross the sacristan for preparing the chapel. To Siobhan Robinson and Plunkett Mc Gartland for the beautiful music during the mass and to those who attended and participated in the mass. Also a word of appreciation to Steven and Sinead Hughes of Falls Bar for providing refreshments after the funeral.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of sincere and heartfelt thanks.
Teresa's Months Mind mass will be celebrated on Tuesday 11th March at 7.30pm in St Brigids Church, Brocagh.
