McCULLOUGH Theresa, died peacefully at the Ambassador Nursing Home, October 8, 2017.
Remains will leave from 2 Brookvale Court, Tuesday for 10.00am Mass in St Patrick's Church. Interment afterwards in Milltown Cemetery.
Will be deeply missed by daughter Georgie and Brian, grandaughter Karen and great grandson Cael.
