Black October 11, 2019 suddenly but peacefully at Craigavon Area Hospital, Thomas James (Jim), 44 Lissan Road, Cookstown, dearly loved brother of George.
Funeral service in Molesworth Presbyterian Church on Sunday, 13 October at 2.15pm, followed by interment in Cookstown Cemetery.
House private.
