Peacefully at his daughter’s residence Thomas Samuel (Tom), 19 Rossmore Road, Dungannon, loving husband of the late Eileen, dear father of David, Ashley, Nigel and Pamela, father-in-law of Heather, Carole, Catherine and Philip and much loved grandfather and great grandfather.
Following government guidelines on Covid-19, house and funeral strictly private.
