The Family of the late Tom Conway , wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement. We would like to thank everyone who brought gifts, telephoned, sent mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, messages and floral tributes. We wish to thank all those who attended the funeral. We took great comfort from the support of the large number of people who lined the route from our home to the chapel on Friday night and also on Saturday Morning. To all those who gathered outside the chapel for the Funeral Mass. We would like to thank Loy Medical Centre especially Dr Paul Flannigan. Nurses, Carers, The Royal Hospital, Antrim Area Hospital and Magherafelt Rehab Unit, who cared for Tom in hospital and at home. Falls Chemist for their constant support also all those who sat with Tom from time to time. We extend a very special thanks to Fr Seamus McGinley for his spiritual guidance and support to Tom and the family throughout the last few years and who continuously provides support. A special thanks to all our friends & relatives who participated in the Funeral Mass and those who joined us by webcam. We also wish to thank Kate and Martina for the beautiful music. Also to Kieran Kirk funeral director for the professional & sympathetic manner in which he carried out the funeral arrangements also to the grave diggers. We extend a special thanks to St. Michaels GAC Lissan for the guard of honour lined to the chapel and also to the graveyard. We will be forever grateful. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all, in grateful appreciation.
Toms Month's Mind Mass will be held in St Michaels Church Lissan on Friday 11th December at 7.30. Due to Covid restrictions only family and extended family members will be able to attend. Mass can be viewed on the Church Webcam.
