We, the family of the late Tommy Scullion, would like to express our sincere thanks to those who sympathised and supported us over our recent bereavement.

Heartfelt thanks to all those who attended Daddy’s wake and funeral. We also appreciate all those who sent mass and sympathy cards, floral tributes, messages and posted tributes online.

A special word of thanks to Fr Dermot McGirr who brought great comfort to Daddy and family during his short illness and for celebrating Daddy’s funeral service.

Thank you to Ita, Clare, Bridget, Sean and Kieran for providing the beautiful singing and to all those who took part in the liturgy.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire medical profession who cared for Daddy over the past few years. A special word of thanks to the doctors and staff of Diamond Medical Centre in Magherafelt, Stephen and all the staff in Moneymore Pharmacy, the staff in A1 and Laurel House, especially Doctor Niblock in Antrim Area Hospital for their support, compassion and the dignified manner in which they cared for Daddy and us, as a family. We will also be indebted to family members who cared for Daddy during his illness.

We would like to thank Desertmartin Parish Hall for providing refreshments following the burial. We express our sincere appreciation to Noreen and Michael, of O’Kane Funeral Directors, Draperstown for the respectful and dignified way they carried out Daddy’s funeral arrangements.

As it is difficult to thank each person individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation.

Tommy’s months mind mass will be celebrated on Saturday the 20th of April in St Patricks Chapel, Keenaught at 7.30pm.

Have you considered?
