Kieran, Grainne Dixon, Noelle, Gareth and the entire family circle of the late Una R.I.P. wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement.
A special thanks to Fr Devlin P.P. for his spiritual support, guidance and for celebrating the Requiem Mass and Fr PJ McCamphill for his pastoral care and concelebrating the Mass.
Thanks to the Gribbin Girls for the beautiful music; the church sacristan, Fionnuala McGuckian and staff for providing refreshments after the funeral, and Wishy Drain who prepared the grave.
The family wish to especially thank the kind relatives, friends, neighbours and members of the wider community who helped them during this difficult time. Thanks to those who messaged, sent cards, sent donations and those who gathered along the route to the Church and attended the funeral, we are truly grateful.
Sincere appreciation to all the district nursing team, Marie Curie carers and Hospice nurses and Doctor Johnston for their kindness, support and dedication when caring for Una in the final months of her illness. And a special note to Dr McKenna and her nursing colleagues who cared for Una during her stay at the Northern Ireland Cancer Centre in Belfast.
The family would also like to express their gratitude to McKiernan and Sons, Funeral Directors for the professional, compassionate and dedicated manner in which they carried out and guided them through all aspects of the funeral arrangements. We are truly grateful for your personal attention
The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
The month mind Mass for Una will be celebrated on Sunday 7th June 2026 at 10:30am in St. Joseph’s Church, Dunloy.
