The family of the late Valerie Hall wish to express their sincere thanks to everyone who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to all those who attended to Valerie during her illness. A special thanks to Dr. Cormac McKay, the District Nurses and the Staff at Ardmore Medical Practice, also Adrian and the Staff at Gordons Chemist, Dungannon.

Special thanks to the Domiciliary Care Staff and the Macmillan Nurses who attended Valerie at her home. Thanks to all the Doctors and Nurses at the Hospitals Valerie attended for all their kindness and care.

A special word of thanks goes to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at Newly Hospice for their compassionate care. To the chaplains, Reverend Matthew Hagan and Reverend Derek Duane for their pastoral care.

Sincere thanks to the Reverend Peter Thompson for his pastoral visits and conducting the services in the home, Church and the graveside. To the organist Miss Helen Hall.

We wish to thank all the Relatives, Friends and Neighbours who helped at the home, brought food, sent sympathy cards, gave donations, attended the wake and funeral and helped in any other way.

Thanks to all Valerie's work colleagues at Countryside Services for their come morning raising funds for the Hospice. We appreciate your kindness and support.

Thanks are also due to all who prepared the Church and Church Hall. To Joanne Loughran for the tea.

A special than you to F. Martin and Sons, Funeral Directors and their Grave Digger for the dignified and caring manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

We, as a Family trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude to all for your kindness during our time of grief.
