The death has occurred of:
Vera ALLEN
The family of the late Vera Allen of Stakernagh, Castlecaulfield, wish to thank most sincerely all who sympathised with them during their recent sad bereavement.
Special thanks to Venerable Dr Peter Thompson for his pastoral visits and conducting the Service of Thanksgiving in a most thoughtful and personal manner, to Helen our organist and the church choir for the beautiful piece sang during the service.
We would also like to thank the following: The doctors and nurses in Ardmore surgery and the staff of Medicare, Thomas Street. The paramedics and the dedicated staff in Craigavon Area Hospital.
To Muriel Boyle for the lovely tea provided in the hall after the service. The caretakers, gravediggers and those who helped with the parking at the home and at the church. Thanks also to all the kind family, friends and neighbours who visited Mum, helped at the wake, brought food and worked tirelessly in the kitchen.
Also, thanks to all who called at the home, telephoned, sent messages of sympathy, attended the Service of Thanksgiving and gave donations in lieu of flowers for St Michael’s Parish Church and Guide Dogs NI or helped in any other way.
Grateful thanks to F Martin and Sons, Funeral Directors, for their dignified, kind and courteous service.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.
A devoted Mum, Mother-in-law, Granny and Great-granny.
