The family of Walter Lynch -
Connor, Phoebe, Ken, Elizabeth, Pearl, Cyril, Sandra and Foster, along with their families wish to express their sincere thanks to all who supported and sympathised with them during their recent bereavement.
They are especially grateful to the extended family, friends, and neighbours for their kindness, generosity, and love throughout this difficult time. Thank you to everyone who sent cards, brought gifts, gave donations in lieu of flowers, and offered their condolences in so many thoughtful ways.
We are especially grateful to the doctors and nursing staff of the ACU and Ward 24 of Altnagelvin Hospital for their care and compassion. To the Foyle Hospice nurses, the Eglinton District Nurses, and the dedicated carers we have no words to fully express our appreciation for the love and tender care you gave to Walter.
Thank you also to Louise from The Cabin, Muff, for the beautiful funeral tea, and to the Donaghy brothers for your ongoing help and support during this time.
A special word of thanks to Rev. Paul Hoey for his visits and for conducting the funeral service. We also extend our sincere appreciation to Kieran, Noeleen, and the staff of W J O’Brien Funeral Directors for their professionalism, care and the dignified way in which all funeral arrangements were conducted.
