The sons, William (Lynn) Derek (Debbie) and daughter Patricia (Aaron) and all the extended family wish to express our sincere thanks to all who supported us on the recent death of our father.
Our heartfelt thanks to all the care given by all the Doctors & Staff of The Oaks Family Practice, The Community Care Nursing Staff, Marie Curie Nursing Staff and Doctors and Staff of C5 Antrim Area Hospital as well as care provided by Ann’s Homecare team.
We would also like to thank everyone who supported the family by calling at the home, attended the funeral, sent cards and messages of support.
A most sincere thanks to Canon Porteus and Canon Dawson for their pastoral care to dad as well as conducting a beautiful Service of Thanksgiving.
Special thanks to John McGucken for the professional and dignified manner in which he carried out the funeral arrangements, also to the catering team of Edith Blair who provided the teas.
It is impossible to thank each person personally, so please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our gratitude.
