William (Billy) McDOWELL
Died February 27, 2021, peacefully, at Royal Victoria Hospital, late of 34 Mulderg Drive, Newtownabbey, much-loved husband of Dawn, cherished brother, brother-in-law and uncle of the McDowell, Magill and Bowman families.
