BLAIR, WILLIAM HOOKS (BILLY) - Passed away May 14, 2019, peacefully, at Canterbury Hospital. Cared for and loved by daughter Michele, much loved by son Hugh, daughter-in-law Elaine, grand-children Aiden, Aimee and Matthew and great-grandson Theo.
