We are deeply grateful to everyone who called at the home, attended the funeral, sent sympathy cards and messages of condolences, or helped in any way.
A special word of thanks to the Rev. Fiona Forbes for conducting the Funeral service in the Home, Church and Graveside. To Rev George Okikiolu for his duties at the Funeral. To both for their pastoral care during Jim’s Illness and for their continued support.
We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Doctors and staff of Dromara Group Surgery for their care and attention of Jim over the years. To the Doctors and Staff of the Ulster & Craigavon Hospitals who cared for Jim we are very much thankful.
A special thanks to the Session of Drumgooland Presbyterian Church for kindly granting the use of the Church for the Funeral and to the organist Mr David Whiteside for playing. To Sharon & William Conn of ‘Simply Good Catering’ for providing refreshments after the funeral, also to Mr Gordon Leathem and Mrs Heather Smyth for their eulogy of Jim’s life at the Funeral, it is much appreciated.
Thanks are also extended to Robert J. Bready and Sons, Funeral Directors for the caring and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements and to all those who donated in lieu of flowers to “Cancer Focus Northern Ireland”.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our sincere appreciation.
