William James (Jim) TELFORD
The family of the late William James (Jim) Telford wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised with and supported us during our recent sad bereavement. We are deeply grateful to all who sent sympathy cards, letters and messages of condolence. Thank you to everyone who came to offer condolences at our family home, and to those who attended the funeral on Thursday 4th June at Killowen Parish Church. Your kind words, memories, stories about Jim, your presence at the funeral, and generous donations in his memory were truly appreciated, and were a blessing to our family.
We wish to extend our gratitude to the staff at Lodge Health Centre, Causeway and Robinson Hospitals. Our heartfelt thanks to Jim’s carers, who treated him with love, dedication and compassion, and became part of the family.
A special thanks to Reverend Donard Collins for conducting the funeral service at Killowen Parish Church and for his pastoral care during Jim’s illness.
We also thank Hugh Wade & Son Funeral Directors and the team for their professionalism, care and support with the funeral arrangements, and to the grave diggers at Portstewart Cemetery for their work. Our thanks also to the team at Cromore Halt in Portstewart for the wonderful reception after the interment.
It is impossible to thank everyone for their kindness individually, so please accept this acknowledgement from Jim’s family as a token of our sincere and lasting appreciation
